MWIB Charcuterie Class - May 16 - 6-8 pm

Join the ladies of the Mountain Women in Business for a charcuterie class at Polita’s Place with Chef Tara. During the class you will learn about different cheeses & charcuterie and how to arrange them creatively on a board, including tricks such as salami roses & rivers and slicing techniques for cheeses & fruits! Class is full-service and includes all supplies, materials and class instruction. Each participant will receive a beautiful board to keep and all the materials to make and take a charcuterie board home after the event. This is a BYOB event.
